Order before 11am to have your linen delivered next day (subject to stock availability).
Please note: Upon receipt of your payment we will assign stock to meet your order and email a confirmation of availability. In the unlikely event that all our stocks of the items you have ordered are committed for the period of your event and we are unable to obtain additional stocks in the time available we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative. We undertake to make a full refund without delay, if you do not wish to accept an alternative.
SOS PACK
Those who've experienced event planning will know there's always something unexpected waiting to cause unwelcome stress on the day! To alleviate this pressure, Pristine Shades have introduced a unique back up service.
If you'd like to have 10% of your order packed as an SOS pack, simply select "yes" when ordering.
Return the SOS pack unopened and receive a full refund for the pack. Effectively a FREE backup for any unforeseen incident!
Note: we don't increase your order by 10%, we simply pack 10% as SOS. We only deliver the quantity you select.
Not sure which shade? select a sample from the size list. All sample charges are refunded against your final order.
