Delivery & Collection
Unless specified by you, we will deliver your order the day before the event date you entered into the event date box in the shopping basket.
Collection will be made on the first working day after your event, unless specified.
If you require a different delivery and or collection date, please tell us in the event date box. Delivery and collection variations are a maximum of 7 days apart.
If you require a longer hire period, extended hire charges are payable, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The linen will be delivered in boxes via a courier. A signature will be required upon delivery.
For the return of the linen, we will provide pre addressed, self sealing courier sacks.
Each sack will state a quantity of linen from your order, please pack the sacks as per the contents label.
The courier will collect the sealed sacks the day after your event.
Collecting from our depot
If you'd like to collect your order from our depot, when completing your order, enter voucher code "cdf1" and enter our address as the delivery address.
